How to Delete Your Account
To permanently delete your TPS account:

Open the TPS Mobile App and log in to your account.

Tap your name to open the Account section.

Select Delete Account.

Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
Once account deletion is confirmed, your TPS Mobile App account and associated personal data are permanently deleted.
This includes personal information associated with your user account and registered vehicles.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you wish to use TPS again in the future, you will need to create a new account.

Yes. TPS is designed for 24/7 fully unattended operation with built-in backup and fail-safe functionalities. In case of a power outage, internet loss, or hardware issue, backup systems and safety logic help maintain operation and ensure secure access.
With TPS Flex, vehicles are automatically identified using ANPR cameras and intelligent image processing, allowing the system to manage entry, parking duration, payment and exit. With TPS Fixed, the presence of a vehicle is detected through a magnetic loop as it approaches the payment point, triggering the payment and access process.
TPS supports multiple options including contactless card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, coins, online payments, access cards and digital receipts. Payment and access options can be configured according to the requirements of each parking facility.
